Realty Major Alphacorp has announced the launch of its new residential project in Delhi-NCR with an investment amount of Rs 350 crore. This new project - Alphacorp SKY1, will redefine luxury living style in the region. The project is strategically located in Gurugram's Sector 15, Part 2. Spread over an area of 2.38 acres, the project has a topline of around Rs 600 crore. The project will offer easy access to major transportation routes, prestigious educational institutions, and essential healthcare facilities. With the upcoming Gurugram Metro expansions and flyovers, the area is set to get enhanced connectivity which will reduce traffic congestion. Alphacorp's new residential project 'Alphacorp SKY1' will be built in joint developments with local landowners. It will have 2 land parcels – 2.38 acres and 2.36 acres. Each land parcel will have 1 tower of 200 units and 29 floors.
