Located in the New Town locality of Kolkata, Greenwood Nest is a residential project by Shrachi Group. It is spread over an area of 4.45 acres and offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with their size ranging from 1,190 sq ft to 2,224 sq ft. POP finish on the interior walls, laminated flush main door and branded CP fittings in the toilets are some of the main specifications of the project. It is currently in an under construction stage. The possession of Greenwood Nest is scheduled in December 2020
