Gurgram housing project to be launched by Paras Buildtech, which will invest a massive 490 crore in the project
With an investment of ₹490 crore, Paras Buildtech anticipates total revenue (topline) of ₹1,200 crore from the Gurugram project's debut.
In a statement, the real estate business Paras Buildtech announced the opening of a super luxury project in Gurugram, in which it plans to invest over ₹490 crore.
The "The Manor" project is situated in Gurugram's Gwal Pahari neighbourhood. The 4.26-acre residential high-rise complex will house 120 opulent units.
"We are launching a new ultra luxury project in Gurugram. The price of each apartment will be around ₹9 to ₹10 crore," said Kunal Rishi, COO of Paras Buildtech.
"With an expenditure of ₹490 crore in this project, the company anticipates total revenue (topline) of ₹1,200 crore from this launch.
The flats will be 4,750 square feet in size. It is anticipated that the project will be completed by August 2028. The project is close to Paras Quartier, another opulent Paras Buildtech venture that debuted in 2012.
"We are confident that our investment of ₹490 crore will yield a substantial return in the form of ₹1,200 crore in total revenue," said Nagar. Gwal Pahari, the Manor's location, is tucked away between the business centers of Delhi, Faridabad, and Gurugram.
